一、 背景与机制说明  

BioVector® pTIP-QT2 质粒是一株专为放线菌（链霉菌属 Streptomyces）设计的经典高拷贝穿梭诱导表达载体。

该载体采用 P_tipA 硫链丝菌素（Thiostrepton）诱导型启动子，在未诱导状态下背景表达极低，加入 1–5 µg/mL 硫链丝菌素后可实现数千倍的强力转录激活，广泛应用于链霉菌重组蛋白表达、沉默次生代谢产物基因簇激活及基因功能互补研究。
