通用定义 / General Definition:BioVector® Maska-98 是一种源自人类皮肤鳞状细胞癌 (Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma, cSCC) 的细胞系。cSCC 是全球第二常见的皮肤癌,具有潜在的局部侵袭和远处转移能力。Maska-98 细胞系常被用于研究皮肤肿瘤的发生、表皮细胞的异常分化、肿瘤微环境相互作用以及评估针对非黑色素瘤皮肤癌的新型化疗药物、光动力疗法 (PDT) 和免疫检查点抑制剂的药效。

BioVector® Maska-98 is a cell line derived from Human Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (cSCC). cSCC is the second most common form of skin cancer worldwide, characterized by its potential for local invasion and distant metastasis. The Maska-98 cell line is frequently utilized in studies concerning skin oncogenesis, aberrant epidermal differentiation, tumor microenvironment interactions, and the evaluation of novel chemotherapeutics, Photodynamic Therapy (PDT), and immune checkpoint inhibitors specifically for non-melanoma skin cancers.

2. 培养条件

2. Culture Conditions

  • Basal Medium: BioVector® DMEM/F12 or RPMI-1640 Medium

  • Serum Supplement: 10% BioVector® Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

  • Supplements: Depending on specific research requirements, Hydrocortisone or EGF may be added to maintain the epithelial phenotype.

Note: For research involving skin barrier modeling, BioVector® Maska-98 can be used in 3D organotypic cultures. To ensure the authenticity of your results, BioVector® advises regular STR profiling and mycoplasma screening.
