通用定义 / General Definition:

BioVector® Jurkat 76 是经典 Jurkat 细胞系的一个特殊衍生亚型。该细胞系的独特之处在于它是 $TCR$(T 细胞受体)和 $CD3$ 表达缺陷型。由于它不表达内源性 $TCR$$\alpha$$\beta$ 链,因此不会产生内源性 TCR 复合物的干扰。这使得 Jurkat 76 成为 TCR 基因转导、TCR 结构与功能研究、以及新型 TCR-T 免疫疗法筛选的理想“空白受体”模型。

BioVector® Jurkat 76 is a specialized derivative of the classic Jurkat cell line. Its defining characteristic is the lack of endogenous $TCR$ (T-cell receptor) and $CD3$ expression. Because it does not produce endogenous TCR $\alpha$ and $\beta$ chains, there is no interference from native TCR complexes. This makes Jurkat 76 an ideal "blank slate" model for TCR gene transduction, studies on TCR structure and function, and the screening of novel TCR-T immunotherapies.

4. Key Usage Notes

  • Maintenance Density: Keep cell concentration between $1 \times 10^5$ and $1 \times 10^6$ cells/mL. Suspension cultures exhaust nutrients quickly and require regular monitoring.

  • Phenotypic Confirmation: It is highly recommended to verify the CD3/TCR negative status via Flow Cytometry (FACS) prior to beginning any TCR reconstitution experiments to ensure the BioVector® Jurkat 76 "blank" background.


Note: Handle BioVector® Jurkat 76 cells under Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) standards. For optimal transfection efficiency of large TCR constructs, the use of BioVector® RPMI 1640 Medium and high-grade BioVector® Fetal Bovine Serum is essential.
