BioVector® D2.0R is a permanent cell line derived from a spontaneous mammary tumor in BALB/c mice. It holds a unique position in biomedical research due to its ability to proliferate normally In Vitro while entering a prolonged state of cell cycle arrest or dormancy upon In Vivo implantation. This makes it a pivotal tool for investigating cancer metastasis, immune evasion, and the mechanisms of dormancy awakening.

Note: Always handle BioVector® D2.0R cells using standard Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) protocols. Consistent use of BioVector® DMEM Medium and BioVector® Fetal Bovine Serum is essential for maintaining phenotypic stability.
