  3. 蛋白质滞留: 扩大的内质网中存在分子量为37.5、47.5和56.5 kDa的蛋白质滞留

  1. Immortalization Properties: Has undergone more than 100 population doublings since establishment, significantly exceeding the maximum of 50 doublings for normal adult melanocytes

  2. Vitiligo Feature Retention: Ultrastructural characterization reveals dilated endoplasmic reticulum profiles, characteristic of vitiligo melanocytes

  3. Protein Retention: Retention of proteins with molecular weights of 37.5, 47.5, and 56.5 kDa within the dilated endoplasmic reticulum

  4. Melanogenesis: Tyrosinase is processed properly, melanosomes remain pigmented, and the phenotype resembles melanocytes rather than melanoma cells in culture

  5. miR-211 Deficiency: PIG3V cells show severely downregulated miR-211 expression, with reciprocal upregulation of its target genes PPARGC1A, RRM2, and TAOK1
