Subculturing Method: Recommended to use BioVector® Subculture Reagent (e.g., Trypsin-EDTA solution). Remove and discard culture medium. Briefly rinse the cell layer with PBS without calcium and magnesium. Add Trypsin-EDTA solution and incubate at 37°C until cell layer is dispersed (usually within 5 to 15 minutes). Add complete growth medium, aspirate cells by gently pipetting, and distribute appropriate aliquots to new culture vessels. Medium renewal is recommended every 2 to 3 days.
