The BioVector® AAV-KrasG12D/sgKras/Cre plasmid is a multifunctional AAV vector designed for efficient introduction of the oncogenic G12D mutation into the endogenous mouse Kras locus. It co-expresses Cre-recombinase, a barcoded homology-directed repair (HDR) template to introduce the G12D mutation, and a Kras-targeting single guide RNA (sgRNA) to enhance HDR efficiency via CRISPR-Cas9-mediated double-strand breaks. This system enables multiplexed in vivo assessment of Kras variant oncogenicity.

Storage / 存储:
Plasmid is sent as a bacterial stab in agar. Upon receipt, streak onto a plate with BioVector® Ampicillin, grow a single colony, and prepare a glycerol stock for long-term storage at -80°C.
