Description描述:Holstein breed. The skin biopsy was taken 30 minutes post-mortem on 12/14/88 from the thoracic/abdominal area. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 60,XY with 6% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss/gain. A matching lung fibroblast culture from this calf is AG10375. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product.
