Description描述：Clinically affected; hypotonic at birth, poor suck resulted in 26 day hospitalization after birth; characteristic features include: broad/flat nasal bridge; mild micrognathia; slightly narrow-arched palate; down turned mouth; upslanting almond-shaped eyes, epicanthal folds; estropia; hypogonadism; cryptorchidism; hypoplastic nipples; infantile lethargy, hypopigmentation; constipation; subject is currently in phase 1B, with no difficulty feeding, not overweight, but does have delayed speech; karyotype and FISH analysis confirm 46 XY del 15q11.2; weekly therapy sessions include: speech, occupational and physical, on growth hormone-Nutropin, Synthroid and Calcium supplements.
