Description描述：Hypertelorism; one caf锟?au-lait spot (2.5 X 1 cm) on right calf; keloid scarring on head and face; broad nasal root with anteverted nares; mouth slightly downturned with a thin upper lip; inverted nipples; somewhat small scrotum and testes that were difficult to palpate, but reportedly descended; clinodactyly of fingers bilaterally; mild clinodactyly between second and third toes; conductive hearing loss due to recurrent ear infections requiring bilateral myringotomy tubes; seizure disorder; hypotonia; developmental and language delay; poor eating; self-induced vomiting when frustrated; EEG showing abnormalities of persistence spike and poly-spike discharges arising from the right occipital parietal region; karyotype: 46, XY, inv(6)(q22.2q27)dn; chromosome 6 rearrangement is intrachromasomal. Short and long arm subtelomeric regions of chromosome 6 show normal hybridization signals at the ends of both chromosome 6 homologs.
