Description描述：Clinically affected; delivered by cesarean for fetal distress; polyhydramnios at 5 months gestation; micrognathia, micropenis, cryptorchidism and severe hypotonia noted at birth; IV feeds for 2 weeks after birth, bitemporal narrowing; flat occiput; almond shaped eyes; esotropia; thin upper lip, flat philtrum; thick saliva; low anterior and posterior hairline; acanthosis nigricans in neck folds and axillae; micrognathia; scoliosis; high blood pressure; pulmonary hypertension; hyperphagia; obesity; sleep apnea; asthma; hypoplastic scrotum; pervasive developmental delay; dyslexia; sat at 8-9 months, crawled at 24 months, stood at 31 months, walked at 33 months, put two words together at 3 years; subject has a deletion of 15q11-q12; hand bone xray at age 8 years revealed bone age of 13 (14 standard deviations advanced); treatment includes physical therapy, speech therapy, growth hormone ages 4-11 years, biotene, testosterone; scoliosis rod (removed), tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy.
