Description描述：Donor was clinically affected and had a positive sweat test. Donor died of exacerbation of pulmonary cystic fibrosis with heart failure and bronchopneumonia. The biopsy was taken postmortem at autopsy from skin of the chest on 10/23/80. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Culture grows slowly.
