Description描述：Clinically affected with mosaic Turner Syndrome; diagnosed at 10 years of age when it was recognized that she was falling behind on the growth curve; born full term via cesarean section; birth weight: 6 lbs, 2 oz; difficulty breast feeding; neonatal weight loss; lazy eye; mild strabismus; corrective lenses; decreased visual perception (unable to drive); allergies; recurrent ear infections in childhood; dry skin; acne; nevi; psoriasis; mild nail dysplasia; history of bilateral hip pinning; mild cubita valga; difficulty falling asleep; daytime sleepiness; height is at low end of normal adult curve (at 21 years of age: height was 153.4cm, 3-10th TS-treated percentile, or 90-95th TS-untreated percentile); secondary sex characteristics present (breasts Tanner 5, pubic hair Tanner 4), but no menstruation; obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD); social anxiety; neurological and developmental milestones were met on time, and no learning difficulties; genetic test results revealed abnormal karyotype consistent with mosaic Turner Syndrome; testing: normal echocardiogram at age 18 years old, history of abnormal liver function testing (now reported normal, but with slightly elevated AST (44 U/L) and SLT (50 U/L)), elevated LH and FSH with low estradiol; normal lipid profile and normal thyroid function tests; treatments: growth hormone for four years after diagnosis at age 11 (which allowed for growth to low end of normal adult height), sex hormone replacement from 15/16 years of age to about 18 years of age; medications: Vivelle-Dot Estrogen Patch, Lovoxyl, fluvoxamine; familial short stature.
