Description描述：The culture was initiated on 3/11/92 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY/46,XY,t(14;18) (q32;q21.3); 64%/36% with 2% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss and 2% showing random chromosomal aberrations. Lymphoblast cultures from siblings of this donor are AG12031, AG12032, AG12033, and AG12034.
