Description描述：Donor reports asthma as a child, shortness of breath only in the last year, colon polyps discovered at age 85 yr, hysterectomy; frequent urination, depression at age 80 yr, hearing loss in both ears beginning at age 88 yr, insomnia, cataracts in both eyes at age 80 yr, smoked for 40 years, alcohol consumption about 3 drinks per week, had a severe weight loss in last year since her husband died; medications include Athenol, Lenoxin, Coumadin, and Darvoset; family history of arthritis (mother), heart disease (father had miocardial infarction and died at age 75 yr, mother had angina and heart failure at age 82 yr), and son had Down syndrome dying at age 32 yr; a second lymphoblast cell line taken 4 years earlier from this same donor is AG16915
