Description描述：The donor reports having had bilateral cataracts; ulcerative colitis; osteoporosis; multiple basal cell carcinomas and melanoma; angina; family history of type II diabetes mellitus, arthritis, heart disease (son had bipass surgery at age 29 and sister died at age 49 of a massive coronary), and cancer (sister died at 84 of ovarian cancer and brother with cancer of the salivary gland); maternal uncle lived to be 99. The culture was initiated on 2/13/01 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical.The karyotype is 46,XX.
