Description描述：Clinically affected; normal development noted until 18 months of age; decelerating head circumference noted after age 1; limited hand use (able to grasp, but no functional use since age 7); occasional repetitive hand motions; chews on forefinger; non-verbal, but will make sounds to communicate needs (scream, cry, complain); walks well independently, but requires assistance and monitoring for safety reasons; occasional breathing problems; some bloating/constipation (controlled by Miralax); scoliosis (wore brace in past); feet are slightly smaller in proportion to rest of body; occasional problem with circulation to legs/feet; mild-seizures or pseudoseizures that do not impair function; some degree of rigidity/spasticity/myoclonis; occasional tremors; EEG showed minor abnormalities; cousin (not in repository) also diagnosed with Rett Syndrome.
