Description描述：Clinically affected; diagnosed at age 15 by FISH testing; vaginal delivery at 7 months gestation; mother gained 13 pounds during pregnancy; birth weight under 5 pounds; length was 17 inches; did not cry at birth, required stimulation; unable to to suck for first 2-3 months; sat at 6-7 months, crawled at 12 months, spoke at > 1 year, toilet trained at 3.5 years; initial concerns from mother at 2 weeks; 3-4 years old had strabismus surgery; at 15 years she had Lap-band procedure and developed complications from surgery leading to removal of lap-band 2 years later at 17 years due to lap-band slippage and gastric outlet obstruction; found to have aspiration penumonia; at 17 underwent gallbladder surgery due to cholecystitis associated with stones; at 17 underwent gastric sleeve procedure which removed 93% of stomach; echo at 17 was normal; asthma from age of 16 was manageable on prophylactic medications; prone to constipation which is controlled with liquid magnesium citrate p.r.n.; had 3 seizures attributed to Reglan; had primary amenorrhea; prescribed estrogen on 2 occasions; MRI obtained at 5 months was normal; diagnosed with external hydrocephalus; no family history of birth defects or cognitive deficits; some abdominal obesity with enlarged thighs, and small hands and feet; EKG was normal
