Description描述：The donor was 50% at risk for Alzheimer's disease. The skin biopsy was taken ante-mortem from the forearm. Culture was initiated on 10/29/84 using explants of minced skin. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 46,XX,inv(9)(pter>p11::q13>p11::q13>qter). Culture was frozen at PDL 4. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG07668. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product.
