Description描述：A reporter cell line derived from the BB13 cell line for identification of proteins that are translocated into or out of the nucleus in response to an extracellular stimulus and other changes in cell status using the inducible translocation trap (ITT) technology. The cell line can also be used for screening of compounds affecting inducible nuclear translocation and nuclear export by ITT. BB13 is derived from a mouse hematopoietic cell line, Ba/F3, and ectopically expresses epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein. BB13 can survive in the absence of IL-3 if EGF is present. The green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene is used as reporter gene.
