BioVector® NTCC® pYL46
An NF-κB inducible SEAP expression vector driven by a promoter comprising five NF-κB' binding sites (GGGAATTTCC) and an IFNB minimal promoter (PNF-κB'×5-IFNβmin-SEAP-pA). 5×NF-κB' binding sequence was created by annealing OYL50 (5’-CTCGAGGCTAGCTGGGAATTTCCGGGAATTTCCGGGAATTTCCGGGAATTTCCGGGAATTTCCACTAAGCTTCCTGCAGGCTTGAATA-3’, NheI and SbfI underlined) with OYL51 (5’-TATTCAAGCCTGCAGGAAGCTTAGTGGAAATTCCCGGAAATTCCCGGAAATTCCCGGAAATTCCCGGAAATTCCCAGCTAGCCTCGAG-3’, SbfI and NheI underlined). The annealing product was then digested with NheI/SbfI and cloned into pYL3 (NheI/SbfI).
