Axl knockout sgRNA vectors, viruses, and cell lines are ready to use in your CRISPR experiment.
These knockout sgRNA vectors and viruses can be used in conjunction with Cas9 to perform high efficiency CRISPR knockouts of the Axl gene. Also available are Axl All-In-One constructs, which introduce both Cas9 nuclease and the sgRNA targeting Axl in one convenient package, available with GFP or Puromycin resistance. sgRNA viruses and vectors are available in a variety of formats including AAV, Lentivirus, Adenovirus, and NonViral Vector.
