Description描述：HEK293 embryonic kidney carcinoma Engineered human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293 cells - Reporter and non-reporter cells HEK293 cells that stably express a functional PRR gene or cytokine receptor gene are valuable tools for many applications, including the study of intracellular signaling and the development of new therapeutic drugs. InvivoGen provides: 293/PRR expressing cells: these cell lines stably express TLR or NOD genes. HEK-Blue™ and HEK-Dual™ PRR reporter cells: these cell lines stably express PRR genes (including TLR, NOD, CLR, or ALPK1/TIFA). These cells also express SEAP (secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase) and/or Lucia luciferase reporter genes, whose expression is induced upon specific PRR stimulation. HEK-Blue™ and HEK-Dual™ cytokine reporter cells: these cell lines stably express the elements of a complete cytokine signaling pathway, including the cytokine receptor and STAT (signal transducer and activator of transcription) genes. These cells also express SEAP and/or Lucia luciferase reporter genes, whose expression is induced upon incubation with a specific cytokine.
