Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1.0 x 106 cells/ml; maintain at 0.5-1.5 x 106 cells/ml; after thawing, cell clumps should be carefully resuspended to encourage growth; split saturated culture 1:2 to 1:3 every 2-5 days
