After serum-free suspension adaption and characterization, BioVector acquires the host cell for CHOK1-GenS cell line development system without chemical modification. In together with the high-expression proprietary pGenHT 1.0-DGV vector, the yield titer can reach an average of 4.35g/L , up to 8.70g/L.</br></br>The CHOK1-GenS system has been used in 40+ CMC&CMO projects in which 11 has got IND approvals.
