Medium:: 80% Dulbecco's MEM + 20% h.i. FBS + 2 mM L-glutamine + 1 mM sodium pyruvate + 0.5 nM hydrocortisone + 1 µg/100 ml EGF
Subculture:: cells are difficult to culture! split confluent culture 1:2 to 1:4 every 5-10 days using trypsin/EDTA (cells are sensitive to over-trypsination)
